"The SL1200 is well worth its price if you consider sound quality your top priority."

Model 1200 Description

When it comes to music, you can listen to it with your computer, but you can't really hear it, enjoy it, experience it.

Computer speakers? They're just not in the same league as your Home Stereo speakers.

And if you try connecting your PC's sound output to your home audio system, you're likely to hear things that aren't part of the music - like hum, buzz, even chirping sounds.

See, some computer sound cards claim good audio performance but fail to deliver in the real world because they reside inside an electrically noisy computer.

Enter the stereo-link Model 1200. Enter a way for you to get the sound quality you deserve. A USB Digital to Analog converter that links your computer to your home stereo system. Now you can get all of the power and range of your Home Stereo amplifier and speakers. Cleaner. Clearer. Louder. With more power, more bass, more of the hairs standing up on the back of your neck when you listen.

Use your favorite software to play back any current or future format or music stored on disk or streaming from the Internet. All you need is a computer equipped with a USB connection and running an operating system that supports USB Audio (Windows 98/ME/2000/XP, Linux (kernel 2.4.x or higher with USB Audio), and Mac OS 9.0.4 or higher (Yes, even Mac OS X)).

Note: USB audio is supported on Macs with built-in USB ports only.
