stereo-link Policies

All stereo-link products come with a one year limited warranty, covering parts and labor.

stereo-link makes every effort to ship orders on the day they are received but there are times when this is not possible. Customers requesting Next Day Air shipment must place their order before 1:30pm (EST). NOTE: Next Day Air shipments receive the highest priority.

Shipments to APO addresses or P.O. Boxes may be delayed slightly due to increased processing time.

stereo-link offers a two week (from delivery date), money-back guarantee. Obtain an RMA number (see below) and return your product, undamaged, in its original packaging and get a full refund*.

Return Merchandise Authorization
Items may be returned for refund, replacement or repair, subject to stereo-link restrictions. All product returns must have a Returned Merchandise Authorization issued by stereo-link.

To request an RMA and shipping instructions, click on the Support tab and give us a call or send us a note to: . RMAs are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance.

All returns will be processed and fully inspected after they arrive in our warehouse. All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.

Returns that do not include all peripherals and/or cables may be returned to the customer or charged on a per item basis.

Unauthorized or Refused Returns
stereo-link reserves the right to refuse any item without an RMA and return it to the sender freight collect. If an item is accepted without an RMA or after the expiration date, there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from the Credit.

stereo-link encourages its customers to always respect the copyrights of artists and their licensees.

stereo-link respects your privacy. Your personal information will not be sold to a third party under any circumstances. We also do not use cookies to track shoppers online.
